How it works

  1. Sign in, or create an account. The same account as the Online Profiler.
  2. Answer at your own pace. Most people finish in 10 to 15 minutes. Your answers are saved to your account as you go, so you can carry on from any device.
  3. Send it. The people at MJMDA who cover your discipline or trade review it, and reply in your account.
  4. Keep it up to date. You can change your answers and send them again, answer questions, or withdraw at any time.

Your application is kept while it is being considered, and for 12 months after it is closed or withdrawn. One you never send is deleted after 6 months. How your details are used.
